About the Client

Our client is a fast-growing technology company transforming how large buildings operate through data, analytics, and smart systems. Their platform helps property owners and operators improve energy efficiency, sustainability, equipment performance, and tenant comfort across large real estate portfolios. With a strong focus on innovation and environmental impact, they work with major organizations and institutions globally.

What You Will Do

1. Integrate building and system data from various client platforms into a centralized cloud platform
2. Assess each site to determine the most effective and reliable data extraction approach
3. Map and validate building data points to ensure accuracy and consistency
4. Deploy and fine-tune analytics tools on newly integrated datasets
5. Collaborate with internal teams to communicate progress, challenges, and timelines
6. Support the smooth handover of fully integrated sites to the Customer Success team

Who You Are

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
2. Strong attention to detail with a methodical and structured approach to technical work
3. Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
4. Clear and confident communicator who can explain technical information effectively
5. Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
6. Solid understanding of computer networks and system configurations
7. Eager to continuously learn and grow within emerging technologies such as IoT, building systems, and data analytics
8. Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and their components
9. Understanding of control systems, including both physical hardware points and software points
10. Experience supporting or coordinating technical or integration-related projects
